This wonderful 47 page, 8.5”x11” soft cover book is jammed full of information about the prehistoric Hohokam of the Phoenix Basin. The book is divided into sections. Each section begins with information about one of the crafts of the Hohokam people. This information is based upon what the archaeologists have learned from their many excavations of sites where the Hohokam lived. Following each introduction is a hands-on example of that craft. The needed materials are listed and then step by step directions are given along with self explanatory pictures.
