Program Fees and Reservations

COST

All educational programs cost $135 each. This includes a 1 ½  hour program and all materials used for the hands-on project.

The maximum size of the participating group is 30. There is an added charge of $5 for each  participant over that number.

Payment is due on the day of completion of program if possible.  Purchase orders, cash or checks are accepted.

ROOM   SET-UP

  • Space on floor for participants to sit or chairs for each older participant
  • Chair and table for facilitator
  • Chart holder or white board
  • Some programs need parent helpers
  • Facilitator will arrive 20 minutes early to set up
  • Most of the programs last 1 ½ hours. The weaving programs last 2 hours.
  • Scheduling may take place a year in advance or two weeks prior to desired date.
  • There are popular months of the year so scheduling may be taken a year in advance.

Supply program title, at least two dates that are open for the presentation, am or pm times, age or grade level and number of participants. 

Students experience cowboy life through a roping demonstration.

Cowboy Program

Where can you find the money?  Sometimes there are generous donations by parents, PTO or PTA, grants from school districts, banks, and tax deductible educational donations.
